The building has been upgraded throughout the years. It has two stories with balconies and spectacular views from all but one of the 6 rooms. All rooms are differently themed in accordance with our southwest location and contain curated historic furniture and decorations. Each of our rooms have an ensuite bathroom and one queen size bed, except for one suite that has an additional twin size bed in the sitting room. All mattresses are less than 3-5 years old, pillows and comforters are changed once a year. In addition to our guest rooms, we have a lobby upstairs as well as a large laundry room containing 2 washers and 2 dryers, a good-sized folding table and storage. Another, larger lobby is located downstairs where our Keurig coffee machine, microwave and water urn are located. This lobby is also used for breakfast seating. Adjacent to the lobby you will find a fully equipped commercial kitchen as well as an office with more storage. In the back of the first floor, we have a room with easy access to our two 50 gallon water heaters and our employee bathroom.
The inn has a terraced garden in the front as well as in the back of the property which are both on an irrigation system and don’t require much maintenance. There is also a shed located behind the inn on the upper terrace that provides ample space for tools and extra supplies.
