Built in 1813 and expanded in 1830, this beautiful B&B is an example of Greek revival architecture. After being the residential home to some prominent families including Oliver Phelps III for many years it then became the first bed and breakfast in Canandaigua. It boasts five comfortably-appointed and spacious guest rooms, all with private en-suite baths and several with fireplaces, includes eleven-foot ceilings, wide plank floors, spacious owners' quarters, multiple porches and an outdoor hot tub for guests to enjoy. This tastefully-furnished B&B is the perfect combination of antique charm, modern amenities, in-town walk-ability, and gorgeous grounds!
