We are very pleased to offer this exceptional Bed and Breakfast in our own backyard! We chose Brattleboro, Vermont, as our home because of its devotion to the arts (40 galleries, great restaurants, theater and music) and size. This Brattleboro VT Bed and Breakfast is a successful small Inn for all the same reasons. Housed in an elegant Manor surrounded by lush gardens, the Inn is within walking distance to the attractions listed above and a short drive to many of New England’s top destinations.

The Inn has six guest rooms, four in the Manor House and two in the Carriage House. There is a spacious common room with a billiard table, fireplace and original artwork, an adjacent conservatory with original windows and tin ceiling. A breakfast room with fireplace offers prodigious natural light. A second floor sun room and sitting area overlooks the Inn’s gardens, foliage and water. The Inn sits on an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds from which guests have direct access to 18 miles of trails, water and a wildlife sanctuary.

With six rooms, the Inn is a very efficient operation for hands-on Innkeepers. The current owners purchased the Inn in June 2016 and have done meticulous upgrades and to the physical plant, including renovating the owner’s quarters and breakfast room, upgrading furnishings, and making countless improvements to the Inn’s grounds. The Inn is approved for 8 guestrooms, adding another opportunity for new owners to develop Brattleboro’s #1 Bed and Breakfast.
