Business Summary

From the innkeeper: The property has been lovingly restored and updated from inside to outside. If you run the Inn as we have, you have everything needed to operate and maintain a turnkey business. This includes furniture, decor, swag, appliances, linens, bath items, pottery, electronics, and much more. I am happy to transfer the name and website and other business related materials as well. I would also be happy to work with the new owners to help with the transition and maintaining the operation until their comfort level is achieved and getting them introduced to our many returning guests, encouraging them to stay with the inn knowing that their experience will mirror past experiences.

The last three years I have been running the inn entirely by myself, limiting my ability to do some of the other things we have established while operating the Inn. Over the years, we have done weddings, catering and food drop-offs, and more. The Inn has hosted a dozen weddings, and has refused 5 weddings this year alone. These things alone could easily increase business 30-50%. It is a matter of having people to help. The Inn has been resurrected from the ashes and is one of the top destinations and highest rated B & B's in Western NC. The business is established and running properly and will hopefully forever remain alive.

Reason for Selling

From the innkeeper: First of all, this is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. Inevitably I have spent my entire working life of 49 years in the hospitality and food industry working 60 to 100 hours a week the whole time. No vacations, missing time with my kids and grandkids. It is time!
