They are coming to see their family and return often for birthdays, holidays, and other occasions, helping us achieve a high year-round occupancy without needing to use any OTA's . After 21 years, over half our guests are return guests. Tracking financials using excel spreadsheet (available upon request for pre-qualified buyers) with entire history of business for 21 years.
