The Sunflower Inn is a successful, 5 Star B&B in its 6th year of operation. The Inn is located within walking distance of both the downtown/harbor area of Beautiful Charlevoix as well as the beach on Lake Michigan for sunsets.

The Inn was built in 1996 and is in great shape with a new roof installed in 2023. Three of the rooms are En-Suite rooms and are spacious with tiled walk-in showers. The fourth room has a separate but private & dedicated bathroom. Solid-surface flooring throughout , except the stairs and 2nd floor hallway area. The Inn Keepers residence is in the finished basement and includes 2 bedrooms living space and a full bathroom.

The outdoor area features a lovely lighted pergola surrounded by beautiful flower beds which can provide a surplus of flowers that can be cut for the breakfast table each day. New granite counter tops and deep sink along with modern stainless-steel appliances in an open arrangement adjacent to the large oak table make a functional and appealing kitchen/breakfast area.
