The Rochester airport is 40 minutes from the Inn. A 5-hour drive from NYC. The Main Inn and Barn Building sit on 0.38 acres with extensive perennial gardens and wooded areas. The grounds include various seating areas where breakfast can be served. Gardens include a cascading fountain, ponds and an outdoor hot tub for year-round soaking. The private fenced in property is a perfect location for guests to relax and enjoy nature. A flowing creek can be seen and heard from rooms and several locations on the property.

The Main Inn houses four of the guest rooms, a welcoming foyer, an elegant dining room for serving breakfast, a gathering room for guests to relax, an impressive kitchen for meal preparation, laundry facilities and a large office area for the Inn Keeper. The adjacent Barn Building includes a spacious guest suite on the first floor and the comfortable and perfectly designed owner’s quarters, built in 2017, on the second floor. With a total of 5160 square feet, there is plenty of room for the Inn Keeper to prepare for guests, greet guests, and provide a warm and comfortable stay.
