Property Overview

The Rosemont Inn Bed and Breakfast has been rebuilt to its former glory as an 1860s Italianate Victorian brick masterpiece. It was converted into an 8 room B&B over the last 20 years. Each room has its own ensuite bath and unique, contemporary décor.  

All rental rooms come fully equipped with king or queen beds, high speed wifi connections, and all of the other expected amenities that today’s travelers require from luxury accommodations.

Located in the heart of Utica, NY on the central artery of Genesee Street, the Inn also features several common areas and a bright, cheery breakfast room – all with beautiful connections to the building and neighborhood’s diverse and historic past. 

About the Owner's Quarters

Recently renovated, the third floor of the Inn makes a wonderful home for owners or a resident manager. With over 2000 square feet, it contains 3 bedrooms, an office, 2 full baths, and its own kitchenette, it serves as a true, fully separated space from day-to-day business operations.
