This property was built in the late 1930’s where it served as a private residence and later transformed into a bed and breakfast in 2007. The Cape Henry House was named after the First Landing at Cape Henry where 105 English arrived on the shores in 1607 and named the area out the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, Cape Henry. There is also a National Historical landmark and lighthouse which was built on Cape Henry in 1792.
Located in a very walkable area. Perfect as it's close enough to all the beach and boardwalk activity to walk but not located right in the heart of all the chaos like the main branded hotels.
Business Description:
After we purchased this property in 2021, we invested approximately $700k to take everything down to the studs, remodel, and put in luxury finishes. We have had it in operation since mid-2022 and it's our top asset for direct bookings and return guest activity.

Open to negotiation but a 60 day due diligence period followed by 30-60 days to close would be ideal.
