Homer, Alaska
The main building is a two-story wood-frame structure with a full-length front porch and deck — the social center of the property, with multiple seating areas, an outdoor grill, and unobstructed water views. Common areas include a front desk and breakfast nook, a living room with fireplace and library, and the expansive deck. The Carriage House, connected by a covered entrance, contains four renovated rooms that are among the most-requested on the property. The Carriage House contains the four guest room suites that are attached by a breezeway to the Look Out Lodge. The Look Out Lodge is a coastal, modern home with expansive views featuring 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is perfect for groups, weddings and reunions. Two custom Tiny Houses — Liberty and Mermaid — each include a private bath and kitchenette, providing self-contained accommodations distinct from the main inn inventory.
The 19-site RV Park on the adjacent parcel at 3369 Main Street offers full hookups (water, electric, septic) and a bathhouse. Combined with the inn's lodging inventory, the RV Park gives the property meaningful breadth across visitor types and price points. Approximately 35 parking spaces are distributed across the site.
The property supports weddings and small events, with Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains as backdrop. Meeting and conference use is also an established part of the operation with the nearby Elks Club and Chamber of Commerce Meeting rooms nearby.
Note: This offering is limited to three parcels (135 W Bunnell Ave ×2 and 3369 Main Street). The Bluffview, the Beach House, and AJ's Restaurant across the street are separately owned and are not included in this offering.
